Welcome to this website (the “Site”) of Denis Dyakin or mobile application Geogram Live Map, (“we,” “us,” or “our”). «Live map» means a map inside our mobile application with functions which allows to see another users in real time around. Through my mobile application (the “App”), we allow users to communicate and meet by «live map» and the App functions like events, messages and another existing or future features.

This Privacy Policy explains what Personal Data (defined below) we collect, how we use and share that data, and your choices concerning our data practices. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service.

Before using the App or submitting any Personal Data to Company, please review this Privacy Policy carefully and contact us if you have any questions. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not access the Site or otherwise use the App.

Personal Data You Provide: We collect the following categories of Personal Data from you when you use our App, including when you sign up for an account, create or share content, and message or communicate with others.

Information you provide: We collect content, communications, and other information you provide, including when you sign up for an account, create or share content, and message or communicate with others. To create and manage an account, you may provide us with personal data, including your name, phone number, a photos of yourself or photo which you upload inside your application profile and a username. We use your contact information to authenticate your account and keep it secure and to communicate with you about the App. Geopositions and crossing points with other Users (public)

The Application’s main value and purpose is to allow Users to find other Users by their public geolocation. Your geoposition is collected with your express consent only. In fact, you will be asked to authorize the collection and processing of your location data to allow App to identify your real time position and crossing points with other Users who have agreed to be geolocated.

Unless you have chosen stricter settings on your device, App will collect your geoposition regularly. You may, at any time, withdraw your consent by disabling geolocation on your smartphone.

You should understand that App’s main feature uses your PUBLIC geolocation and anyone who use our App has ability to see your real time geoposition in the App’s map.

Text messages and voice messages sent and received (private)

Messages are sent and stored on App’s servers, to provide the App to allow users o have a conversation. Messages and voice messages are strictly private and only implicate the users involved. App’s authorized managers do not exercise any rights to view these conversations. These Messages are not transmitted or communicated to third parties except in cases of judicial requests, and/or in compliance with the applicable legislative or regulatory provisions. Moreover, Messages are strictly private and are not accessible to other Members who are not involved in the conversation, nor to any third party.

  • Usage: We may choose to collect information about how you use our App, such as the types of conversations you engage in, content you share, features you use, actions you take, people or accounts you interact with, and the time, frequency, and duration of your use.

  • Communication Data: We may choose to collect information when you contact us with questions or concerns and when you voluntarily respond to requests for your opinion and feedback.

  • Personal Data Collected from Third Parties/Publicly Available Sources

When you create your account, and/or authenticate with a third-party service like Facebook, we may collect, store, and periodically update information associated with that third-party account, such as your lists of friends or followers. We will never publish something through one of your third-party accounts without your express permission.

Derived Data: We may infer your preferences for content and features of the App, or future products and services, based on the Personal Data we collect about you.

Cookies: We may use cookies to operate and administer our Site, gather usage data on our Site, and improve your experience on it. “Cookies” are small text files containing a string of characters that can be placed on your computer or mobile device that uniquely identifies your browser or device. We may collect aggregated information through the App, through cookies, and through other means described in this Privacy Policy.

SHARING AND DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA#

  • Other Users: certain actions you take may be visible to other users of the App. For example, when you upload profile photos or update information in your profile or change your geoposition, other users will have access to this content and information.

DATA RETENTION#

We keep Personal Data for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, while we have a business need to do so, or as required by law (e.g. for tax, legal, accounting, or other purposes), whichever is longer.

UPDATE YOUR INFORMATION#

Please log in to your account or contact us (at geogramlive@gmail.com)) if you need to change or correct your Personal Data, or if you wish to delete your account.

DELETE ACCOUNT#

You can remove your account from app by using special button "Delete account" in profile's settings in app. So, nobody will be has ability to find you in app and your data will be finally remove from server in some days which determined in app settings. If you want to restore your account - just enter app again until removing deadline.

CHILDREN#

Our App is not directed to individuals who are under the age of 18. Company does not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under the age of 18. If you have reason to believe that an individual under the age of 18 has provided Personal Data to Company through the App please contact us and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.

SECURITY#

You use the App at your own risk. We implement commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures to protect Personal Data both online and offline from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no Internet or e-mail transmission is ever fully secure or error free. In particular, e-mail sent to or from us may not be secure. Therefore, you should take special care in deciding what information you send to us via the App or e-mail. Please keep this in mind when disclosing any Personal Data to us via the Internet. In addition, we are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the App, or third party websites. Finally, we cannot control the actions of users on the platform, who may seek to use third party apps or devices to record, store, or share content or communication without other users' prior consent. Please keep this in mind when using the App.

INTERNATIONAL USERS#

By using our App, you understand and acknowledge that your Personal Data will be transferred from your location to google’s servers, and where applicable, to the servers of the technology partners we use to provide our App.

YOUR CHOICES#

In certain circumstances providing Personal Data is optional. However, if you choose not to provide Personal Data that is needed to use some features of our App, you may be unable to use those features. You can also contact us to ask us to update or correct your Personal Data. You may also delete your account. Please note that we will need to verify that you have the authority to delete the account and certain activity generated prior to deletion may remain stored by us and may be shared with third parties as detailed in this Privacy Policy.

CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY#

The App and our business may change from time to time. As a result we may change this Privacy Policy at any time. When we do we will post an updated version on this page, unless another type of notice is required by the applicable law. By continuing to use our App or providing us with Personal Data after we have posted an updated Privacy Policy, or notified you by other means if applicable, you consent to the revised Privacy Policy and practices described in it.
